terms, payment, process & order form
terms
• I work strictly through email. No Discord or any other social media platforms.
• You must be 18+ to commission me.
• Commissions are for personal/non-commercial use ONLY. No reselling your commission or claiming it as your own work. No editing the commission.
• Do not upload your commission to any AI generator site, and do not use it for AI training. That puts my style in jeopardy. No NFTs. No other cryptocurrency.
• I cannot produce ideas for you for your commission, please know what you would like before requesting.
• Please provide references! I work best with any and all details.
• I can make minor revisions to the sketch, and if needed, to the line art as well. Any other changes will require starting over completely and you will have to pay for a new commission slot.
• You may use and display the final product on Bsky, Twitch, Discord, YouTube, your blog site, etc. with credit linking to @Sarenthar or Art By Saren.
• I have the right to refuse your commission at any time if you choose to break my terms of use.
payment&invoicing
• PayPal only, pricing is in USD.
• An invoice will be sent to you immediately after your sketch approval.
• I do not accept refunds.
* unless I am physically and/or technically unable to finish your commission. If that is the case, I will contact you immediately.
process
• My entire commission process happens via email only.
• First, you will receive a rough sketch of your commission. This usually takes a day or less.
• I work on and send over your line art. You will be asked to mention adjustments at this point, if applicable. Adjustments will not happen after this point.
• I will invoice you on Paypal after you approve your line art.
• Flat color and shading typically take me 3-5 days. For additional characters, this will take 1-2 weeks. If I need more time, I will let you know as soon as possible.
• When I send you the final product, I will also include a copy of your sketch and line art if you would like! Please let me know! :)

wildly offensive hateful imagery (this includes anti-lgbtqia+, sexism, bullying others/harassment, and other toxic content).
nsfw, such as kinks of any kind and/or pornography. heavy blood/gore. etc.
furry art
mechanical, such as robots, vehicles, or any other transportation (except for dragons, lol, I like drawing dragons)
